Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at Manali Heights, which is located in a serene area, perfect for families. The rooms were clean and spacious, but the obstructed view was a slight letdown. The dining experience in their restaurant was a highlight with great food, although the breakfast buffet could use a bit of variety. Overall, it's a good value for the price, though I would recommend staying away from the rooms near the car park for a quieter experience.
My stay at the hotel was quite a mixed bag. On one hand, the location is fantastic, and the staff were attentive and really helpful. The food was decent, and I enjoyed the evening tea in the garden. However, the rooms definitely need renovation; they felt cramped and the views were mostly blocked. Overall, I would say it has potential, but it needs significant upgrades to become truly great.
My stay was quite pleasant due to the comfortable and clean rooms and the lovely dining experience. The hotel has a fantastic location near the temple and is secluded from the busy areas, which I appreciated. However, it could use some modernization, as certain aspects felt outdated. Overall, it provided good value for a family-friendly getaway in Manali.
We had a decent stay at the hotel, as it boasts a clean environment and good food for both breakfast and dinner. However, the downside was the lack of support from the staff when we faced difficulties due to heavy snow, which left us to manage our luggage alone. Overall, while the experience was good in some aspects, be prepared to handle some challenges on your own, especially in adverse weather conditions.
